For you to receive your order on time before Dec 24th, make sure to place it: in Europe on Dec 21st, US & Canada on Dec 20th. World1 & World2 Dec 19th.
The Free Christmas Express Shipping orders made before 15:00 GMT +1, will be fulfilled the same day. On orders made after 15:00 GMT+1 on the deadline day of your region, delivery cannot be guaranteed before Dec 24th.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on several factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

Tracking Number
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option(1)). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method. See chart
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Returns
To start the process, please email our Customer Care Team at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving it. We will be happy to help you in the process.

Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

DESCRIPTION
Hand-sewn in California (USA) by skilled craftsmen, these North American Original Deerskin Gloves are inspired by the very first work gloves. The difference between this and our Rascal is that the cuff is longer, so in winter they will protect you from the cold wind. They are perfect for everyday use, both for motorcycles and any job that requires extra protection. One of the main characteristics is its great resistance to abrasion and its incredible touch, providing security without losing sensitivity. We also offer an optional Kevlar® inner liner for extra protection against cuts and abrasions.

Our Deerskin come from North America, always following processes that are respectful with the environment. After a rigorous selection process, we use the best pieces to achieve its incredible touch and resistance. The adaptability to the hand makes it feel like a second skin, since sensitivity is not lost. Created by Stephanie Kwolek, Kevlar® is a heat-resistant fiber with a molecular structure of many inter-chain bonds that make Kevlar® incredibly strong. Best known for its use in ballistic body armor, Kevlar® also has many other applications because of its high tensile strength-to-weight ratio.

Please note: At Café we use the best raw materials, therefore you should know that leather is a natural material that varies in color, appearance, and texture. All products will go through a natural color change because of the vegetable tanning process, and due to this natural dye, each specialty good will evolve creating, a unique patina that will give it a very personal touch. Please expect variations in tones and appearance. Café cannot guarantee that the color shown portrays the true color of the product.
