We have two different stock statuses of items: In-Stock items are available for immediate shipment (typically ships in 1 business day) and Workshop items are available for pre-order (ships at a later date specified on the product page). We know that when you place an order online, we all like to have it delivered as soon as possible. Our turnaround time for completing an order and issuing a tracking number is two business days (unless you select the "Express Shipping" option, which in this case would take less than 1 business day). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the timeframe described in your selected shipping method.

When you place a pre-order with CAFÉ_Lab, you are committing to a purchase that will be delivered in approximately 1-2 months, time may vary due to the artisanal manufacturing process. We will send you notifications as we progress through the manufacturing and fulfillment process, and of course, you will receive your shiny new pre-ordered product as soon as it is ready.

Backorders occur when a product is out of stock but waiting to receive new units from our artisans. In the event that a product is in backorder, customers can still purchase the item, but delivery may take additional time.

Backorder turnaround length depends on many factors, including demand, supply, cycle inventory, or manufacturing inventory problems. Normally, the estimated delivery time can take between 2-6 weeks.

International Orders

We provide shipping to locations outside the domestic European Union through UPS or International Post. Delivery times are not guaranteed and rely on the efficiency of your country's customs agents. Tracking becomes available for all international packages once they are scanned by the carrier.

Please be aware that transit rates are based on the distance and weight of your shipped items. These rates do not cover taxes or duties, and Café is not responsible for any duties or local/country-specific import taxes associated with international orders. Additionally, customs delays may impact the delivery of international shipments.

Returns

At Café Leather, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any product within 30 days of delivery. Once the return has been initiated, you have 10 days to return the product(s). After that time, the item(s) cannot be refunded.

Although customers have 30 days to make exchanges and returns, we strongly recommend that customers from outside the European Union return within the first 22 days to avoid customs charges. This is because no customs charges apply when a return arrives in the country of origin before 30 days. It is important to note that for our customers outside the European Union, returns may be subject to brokerage fees that must be covered by the customer.

Remember that shipping costs cannot be refunded and that items purchased on www.cafeleather.com cannot be returned or exchanged in any physical store.

When returning an item, make sure it is in its original condition, as you received it (unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and in its original packaging). Return shipping costs are free of charge for customers in Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. If you've recently requested a refund, you're probably wondering when you can expect to receive it. Exchanges

Gloves

To find the perfect size Gloves, you will need to accurately measure your hand circumference. To do this, you’ll need to use a soft measuring tape rather than a rigid one, since this will give you the most accurate circumference of your hand. Place the measuring tape around your internal hand circumference, and write down the size, for this will be the size to look for in our sizing chart below.

Once your size is ready, you can use our size chart to help you find your Gloves size. Check the chart below, and use your size measurement to find the closest equivalent in our sizing chart.

As our gloves are made with the finest quality leather, the leather will stretch and adapt to your hand with the pass of the time. If your size is between 2 sizes, we recommend you to get the smaller one. Even the first days fit a bit tight, it will adapt and feels better and better wiithh the pass of the time.

With a horsehair brush, waxed and maintained, apply the product with circular and constant movements. Make sure to work the product in evenly for a consistent look. After this, use a clean cloth to remove excess wax and then proceed to rub it onto the leather to add a final shine.

The funding campaign for a Café-Lab collection kicks off at the start of the month and wraps up on the final day of the same month.

We design new products and release them at Café_Lab for crowdfunding. Customers then have 4 weeks to pre-order the products and help us to fund them. Products that reach their funding goal are manufactured and delivered.

When we introduce a new product in Café-Lab, it's open for pre-order/funding at a discounted rate for a month. This approach allows us to assess the product's popularity and determine the production quantity. Collecting orders in advance also contributes to financing the production process.

After the one-month funding period, we temporarily close orders to commence garment production. During this phase, the product won't be available for purchase. However, Café-Lab garments will be re-opened for orders, albeit at regular prices, approximately 8-10 weeks after the funding period concludes, once they have arrived at our facility.

Tenemos tres tipos de estado en los productos de Café: En STOCK; en BACKORDER; y en PRE-ORDER.
Los artículos en stock están disponibles para envío inmediato (normalmente se envían en 1 día laborable). Los artículos y los artículos de taller están disponibles para pedido anticipado (se envían en una fecha posterior especificada en la página del producto). Independientemente de la forma de compra que elija, el cargo se realizará en su tarjeta de crédito en el momento de la compra, no cuando se envíe o entregue el producto.

Los Backorders ocurren cuando un producto está agotado pero estamos a la espera de recibir nuevas unidades por parte de nuestros artesanos. Our turnaround time for completing an order and issuing a tracking number is two business days (unless you select the "Express Shipping" option, which in this case would take less than 1 business day). We design new products and release them at Café_Lab for crowdfunding. Customers then have 4 weeks to pre-order the products and help us to fund them. Products that reach their funding goal are manufactured and delivered.

When we introduce a new product in Café-Lab, it's open for pre-order/funding at a discounted rate for a month. This approach allows us to assess the product's popularity and determine the production quantity. Collecting orders in advance also contributes to financing the production process.

After the one-month funding period, we temporarily close orders to commence garment production. During this phase, the product won't be available for purchase. However, Café-Lab garments will be re-opened for orders, albeit at regular prices, approximately 8-10 weeks after the funding period concludes, once they have arrived at our facility.
