International Shipping
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on several factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

Tracking Number
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option(1)). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method. See chart
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Returns
To start the process, please email our Customer Care Team at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving it. We will be happy to help you in the process.

We want you to be confident and comfortable with any Café Leather item, so please, make sure it fits perfectly. Just keep in mind that anything you return needs to be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its own packaging)

Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Made with the finest "Burel" Water-Repellent Virgin Wool Fabric, we couldn't think of a better natural fabric for this special collaboration.
Pedro Gomez's outerwear was born in the mountains, and there is where the Burel fabric was born. In the heart of the Portuguese Mountains, a place of incredible natural beauty, we found a small village characterized by the craft industry of weaving this amazing fabric made from the finest wool.
Shepherds have lived in these mountains since 1188, so this ancient tradition has been passed down from generation to generation.On the top of the vest, you will find our Specialty Vegetable-Tanned Leather that will evolve over time and create a beautiful patina.
Padding is made with Eldeven* 90% Pyrenean Duck Downs and 10% of Feathers, all sourced and made with sustainable processes. Linning is made with the finest navy wool, giving an elegant touch to this beautiful Brown Herringbone Burel.
It also comes with 2 exterior pockets, one inside pocket with a zipper, and our signature leather piece in the back. -
MATERIAL
The Burel is a 100% sheep’s wool fabric with a medieval origin, which has always been associated with the Portuguese mountains, the shepherds, and their capes. The authenticity of Burel results from a sequence of specific operations in the manufacturing process. After being sheared, washed spun, and woven on the loom the wool is “ trodden “ in a machine called a stomper that beats and scalds the wool, transforming the fabric into sackcloth, making it tighter, tough, and waterproof. Eldeven is the most sustainable and high-quality brand you can find for Pyrenean Duck Downs. They will keep you warm even in the coldest weather.SPECIFICATIONS
