Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Sewn and hand-painted, we use YKK Excella zippers so you can open and close a thousand times without fear of getting stuck. A perfect leather purse for those who want a small wallet without losing usability and protection.
Due to the natural tanning of the leather, this product will evolve over time, creating a beautiful patina that will make each piece unique.
