Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Handcrafted by master watch artisans in our workshop (Ubrique - Spain), we designed this leather watch strap with unparalleled attention to detail and only using the finest materials.
Inspired in the old days, this leather watch strap made with our finest vegetable-tanned leather will age beautifully creating a distinct patina and character that will make it truly yours. It also comes with a beautiful 316L stainless steel polished buckle and you can also choose an Apple Watch pin adapter if needed (only available for 24-22 & 22-20).
Definitely, hard to find a better leather watch strap.

MATERIAL
Our Specialty leather is 100% vegetable-tanned. It comes only and exclusively from sustainable processes, following a rigorous selection process and using only artisanal methods. This leather will evolve over time and create a unique patina that will give it a very personal touch. 316L Stainless Steel has better resistance to chemicals and chlorides (like salt) than any other grade.SPECIFICATIONS
