Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the old school backpacks, Arabica 3 in 1 briefcase/backpack brings the old way to do things, made with care and to last, with the comfort we need in our day-to-day. For this briefcase, we only use our premium vegetable-tanned leather Black Coffee Edition mixed with "made in USA" antique gold beautiful hardware.
It consists of 3 compartments: A large main space where you can store the most voluminous objects; a second computer pocket up to 15 inches that is subdivided into several compartments (Cardholders or iPad pocket among others); and a third pocket to keep documents protected. Its handles can be removed, turning it into a briefcase or a backpack. It can also be converted into a messenger by attaching the full leather shoulder strap. All of them have great adaptability over time, making them very comfortable.
A briefcase with traditional handcraft, made to last and to create a beautiful personal patina on the leather. Perfect for our day-to-day.

We only use 100% vegetable-tanned Specialty leather. Our leather comes solely and exclusively from sustainable processes, following a rigorous selection process and using only artisanal methods.
