At Café we use the best raw materials, therefore you should know that leather is a natural material that varies in color, appearance, and texture. All products will go through a natural color change because of the vegetable tanning process, and due to this natural dye, each specialty good will evolve creating, a unique patina that will give it a very personal touch.
Please expect variations in tones and appearance. Café cannot guarantee that the color shown portrays the true color of the product.

Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at [email protected]. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Reemplazos
Si alguno de tus producto(s) de Café no pudiera ser reparado, estaremos encantados de reemplazarlo por el uno igual siempre que esté en stock. Si no fuera así, ofreceríamos un vale por el valor del artículo o la devolución del importe siempre y cuando esté dentro de la vida útil del producto y se haya tratado de manera adecuada.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on several factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

Tracking Number
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option(1)). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method. See chart
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Returns

Tardaremos en preparar tu pedido y facilitarte un número de seguimiento, como mucho, dos días laborables (excepto en el caso de que elijas la opción de Envío Express(1)).
