Café_Lab y Pedidos Pendientes
Los pedidos con cualquier artículo "Café Lab" o "Back Order" requieren una tarifa de envío igual al Envío Estándar de tu país.
Número de Rastreo
Permítenos dos días hábiles para procesar y emitir un número de rastreo (a menos que selecciones la opción de "Envío Exprés"(1)). Una vez que recibas tu número de rastreo, deberías esperar tu paquete dentro del período descrito en tu método de envío seleccionado. Ver tabla
Ten en cuenta que, aunque te proporcionaremos un número de rastreo una vez que hayamos enviado tu paquete, es posible que no puedas rastrear tu paquete de inmediato. Debes esperar hasta que tu paquete sea escaneado por el Servicio Postal para que el rastreo se active.
Devoluciones
Para iniciar el proceso, por favor envía un correo electrónico a nuestro Equipo de Atención al Cliente a shop@cafeleathersupply.com. Puedes devolver un artículo para un reembolso completo o crédito en la tienda dentro de los 30 días posteriores a su recepción. Estaremos encantados de ayudarte en el proceso. Más sobre esto aquí.
Queremos que te sientas seguro y cómodo con cualquier artículo de Café Leather, así que por favor, asegúrate de que te quede perfectamente. Solo ten en cuenta que cualquier cosa que devuelvas debe estar en condiciones de reventa (sin usar, sin lavar, sin alterar y en su propio embalaje).

Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

This Crewneck Organic Sweatshirt is a very fine example of everyday essentials. Made in Portugal with the highest standards, these 420gms (14,5oZ) sweatshirts are woven with the finest 100% organic cotton and a fleece-back soft thick feeling.
Inspired by classic American sportswear from the late 1930s to the 1960s. This is the main influence that can be seen throughout this collection and rebuilt with the Portuguese care and love we have become so familiar with.
It also comes with a high close-fitting collar, 4-needle flat locked seems, and a long ribbed waistband and cuffs.
Without a doubt, this is the most comfortable sweatshirt we have ever worn and is bound to impress.
Ideal for days when comfort is a top priority, you can wear yours layered over a collared shirt or tee.

We use 420gms (14,5oZ) of organic cotton fabric to produce the finest and softness sweater in the market.
