International Shipping
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on several factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

Tracking Number
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option(1)). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method. See chart
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Returns
To start the process, please email our Customer Care Team at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving it. We will be happy to help you in the process.

Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the Swiss Army, we handcraft our waxed canvas adventure backpack, using the iconic 18oZ waxed canvas and our premium vegetable-tanned leather, so we can ensure that it will last a lifetime.
We use the same canvas used by Scottish sailors in 1850 on their voyages to protect themselves from winds and storms. An organic cotton fabric impregnated with beeswax gives it unique qualities, including waterproofing. The hardware is made of solid brass, like the ones they use on boats, and its hammered solid copper rivets, make it practically unbreakable.The waxed canvas adventure backpack can carry +50 liters (surprising capacity), and it's divided into two pockets, the main one and the small leather one. The main pocket can be rolled to make it smaller or unrolled to make it bigger, and it comes with a YKK Excella Polish Zipper so you can keep your belongings safe. It also comes with a special pocket for your PC/Tablet. The small one comes with a cobrax original closure that makes it really useful.
On the sides and on the bottom, you can find "Pig Snout" leather pieces to attach your outdoor accessories like a blanket, some boots, a mug, an axe, or whatever you want. You can also buy our special belts for this "Pig Snout" piece that will help to attach your accessories.
Talking about ergonomy, we designed the back with a special foam that will make this waxed canvas backpack really comfortable and easy to wear for long walks without suffering. The straps are also ergonomic, and its handle will also help to move it everywhere.
This is probably the last adventure backpack you will need... definitely a sustainable investment thanks to the natural materials that we use that will only improve over time creating a beautiful patina.

MATERIAL
Originally, the waxed canvas concept was developed at the beginning of XV. Century by English sailors.
The fleets of North Sea Scottish Herring, who operated from the ports on the east coast, began treating the linen cloth with fish oils and animal fats in an attempt to waterproof their sails, keeping them light and efficient. When these sails were broken by use, their pieces were used as layers to resist strong winds and sea mist, keeping sailors warm and dry.
These layers were the pioneer of the famous raincoats fishermen used to wear during their working hours. We use only 100% vegetable-tanned Specialty leather. Our leather comes solely and exclusively from sustainable processes, following a rigorous selection process and using only artisanal methods.
This leather will evolve over time and create a unique patina that will give it a very personal touch. Solid Brass is a metal based on the alloy of Copper and Zinc. Its applications include various fields, but it has undoubtedly been one of the raw materials par excellence for ships, telescopes, screws, and various instruments for centuries.
A metal also with soul, through which you will see time pass creating a beautiful patina.
