International Shipping
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on several factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

Tracking Number
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option(1)). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method. See chart
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Returns
To start the process, please email our Customer Care Team at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving it. We will be happy to help you in the process.

We want you to be confident and comfortable with any Café Leather item, so please, make sure it fits perfectly. Just keep in mind that anything you return needs to be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its own packaging)

Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Sourced from North Spain hides and vegetable tanned using traditional methods, this saddle-grade Bridle Leather makes this belt so strong. You can twist and bend as much as you want, but you won't break it.
Its minimal design has five holes for a custom fit and comes with a beautiful solid brass buckle that will last a lifetime. -
MATERIAL
Our Specialty leather is 100% vegetable-tanned. It comes only and exclusively from sustainable processes, following a rigorous selection process and using only artisanal methods. This leather will evolve over time and create a unique patina that will give it a very personal touch. Brass is a metallic alloy, made of copper and zinc. This is the perfect metal for our hardware as it is strong enough to last a lifetime. We only use lead-free brass. Our copper rivets are hand-hammered as they used to hundred years ago.
