Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Handcrafted by master watch artisans in our workshop (Ubrique - Spain), we designed this leather watch strap with unparalleled attention to detail and only using the finest materials.
Inspired in the old days, this leather watch strap made with our finest vegetable-tanned leather will age beautifully creating a distinct patina and character that will make it truly yours. It also comes with a beautiful 316L stainless steel polished buckle and you can also choose an Apple Watch pin adapter if needed (only available for 24-22 & 22-20).
Definitely, hard to find a better leather watch strap. -

Nuestra piel Specialty es 100% curtida de manera vegetal. Proviene única y exclusivamente de procesos sostenibles, siguiendo un riguroso proceso de selección y utilizando únicamente métodos artesanales. Esta piel evolucionará con el tiempo y creará una pátina única que le dará un toque muy personal. El Acero Inoxidable 316L es el más resistente de los aceros, ofreciendo una mayor resistencia al desgaste y a los cloruros como la sal.SPECIFICATIONS
