Refund policy

At Café Leather, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any product within 30 days of delivery. Once the return has been initiated, you have 10 days to return the product(s). After that time, the item(s) cannot be refunded.

Although customers have 30 days to make exchanges and returns, we strongly recommend that customers from outside the European Union return within the first 22 days to avoid customs charges. This is because no customs charges apply when a return arrives in the country of origin before 30 days. It is important to note that for our customers outside the European Union, returns may be subject to brokerage fees that must be covered by the customer.

Remember that shipping costs cannot be refunded and that items purchased on www.cafeleather.com cannot be returned or exchanged in any physical store.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To start a return or exchange, please email shop@cafeleather.com with your order number and specify what you'd like to do. We'll handle the process from there.

GENERAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES INFO

Returns must be shipped or postmarked within 30 days of being received. 

Returned goods should not have been used and need to be returned in resellable condition with all original packaging intact. Return items can either be exchanged or refunded.

Discounted items are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. 

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an exchanged item is out of stock, it may be placed on backorder or refunded.


FREE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS for orders within Spain and Europa 1* (Check countries):

To provide the best possible experience, CAFÉ offers FREE EXCHANGES to these countries. Shipping both ways (inbound returns and outgoing exchanges) is covered by CAFÉ. This means you can try our products and find the right size without any risk. 

In case of returns, the full item value excluding a return fee (5€) will be refunded.

For orders outside Spain and Europe 1:

You will have to cover the return shipping yourself. In case of returns, the total item value is refunded excluding any taxes or import duties that may be applied to the returned goods. Café will not be responsible for any taxes or import duties that may be applied on returned goods.

To avoid tax costs, we recommend that the product arrives in Spain within 30 days of shipping. After 30 days, the customs department will process the entry as a purchase and not as a return, which may incur customs duties and taxes. Also, is important to know that returns may occur on customs processing fee, which must be paid by the customer.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

To start a return or exchange, email shop@cafeleather.com with your order number and specify what you'd like to do. We'll handle the process from there.

If you experience any issues or defects with your product, please let us know what happened and send us a picture if needed to clarify. We will be happy to solve this in the most efficient way.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange any item for another color, size, or even another product, as long as it is in stock. 

Replacement items are shipped within two workdays since we received your exchange product. Please remember that exchange products should not have been used and need to be returned in resellable condition with all original packaging intact.


*It is important to note that items in SALE (with discount other than by code or pre-order or backorder), will not have free returns for any country.
 

Returns must be made in the original packaging and with the security seal unbroken.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with its original packaging and all tags or seals intact. (unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and in its original packaging)

If the product does not meet the conditions described above we will not be able to process your return and will have to ask you to cover the return shipping costs incurred.

We are committed to quality, which is why we avoid any manufacturing defects. In the event of an error, it must be reported within two natural days.

Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If you've recently requested a refund, you're probably wondering when you can expect to receive it. In most cases, refunds are processed and credited to your bank account within three to six business days. During busy periods, refunds may take a few days longer. However, the team will inform you when they receive your product and keep you updated on how the refund is progressing.

We're confident this won't happen, but in any case, don't worry. Exchanges can be made for different sizes, colors or products, allowing you to return unwanted items as part of the exchange process. If you would like to make an exchange, please write to us at

Make sure that the product you wish to exchange is in perfect condition, without marks of use, with its labels and original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to make the exchange and we will ask you to assume the return shipping costs.

Remember that you have 30 days from the day you received your order to request an exchange and that there can only be one exchange or return per order.

We make exchanges worldwide, but they are only free of charge in the following countries:

•Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

For all other countries, we offer you the option of a prepaid label or shipping through the postal operator of your choice. Please note that in countries outside the European Union, all associated costs must be covered by the customer. To avoid possible additional customs costs, we recommend sending the return package within 20 days after the order is shipped from our warehouse.

On discounted items, the customer must bear all costs associated with exchanges*, both shipping and return.

Unfortunately, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged as they can not be re-sold.

If you opt for an exchange, we try to immediately reserve the item(s) in stock, but it is possible that the requested item(s) may no longer be available. If this is the case, we will let you know and place your item(s) on Backorder (not applicable for Last Call products). If you do not wish to wait for the unavailable product, let us know and you will be refunded for the item(s).
