Hand-sewn in California (USA) by skilled craftsmen, these Finland Elkskin Rascal gloves are inspired by the work gloves of our grandpas. They are perfect for everyday use, both for motorcycles or any job that requires extra protection. Its incredible thickness (2mm) together with its elasticity, apart from having a great resistance to abrasion and a very special touch, it is very warm for the cold days, without losing security or sensitivity. Its adaptability to the hand makes it feel like a second skin since sensitivity is hardly lost.
Material
We only use 100% vegetable tanned Specialty leather. Our leather comes exclusively from sustainable processes, following a rigorous selection process and using only artisanal methods. This leather will evolve and create a unique patina that will give it a very unique touch. personal.
Elkskin is characterized by its incredible touch and resistance. Its thickness (2mm) insulates a lot from the cold and its elasticity allows the gloves to adapt perfectly to the hand.

Triton Gloves: If your size is between 2 sizes, we recommend going with the smaller one. Our leather tends to give itself and will adapt to your hands.

Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at [email protected]. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Reparaciones

Finalmente, y lo más importante, necesitamos que incluyas al menos una foto del area afectada para determinar lo sucedido y su posible reparación. Una vez recibida tu petición, te contestaremos lo antes posible con la posible solución.
Reemplazos
Si alguno de tus producto(s) de Café no pudiera ser reparado, estaremos encantados de reemplazarlo por el uno igual siempre que esté en stock. Si no fuera así, ofreceríamos un vale por el valor del artículo o la devolución del importe siempre y cuando esté dentro de la vida útil del producto y se haya tratado de manera adecuada.

The Free Christmas Express Shipping orders made before 15:00 GMT +1, will be fulfilled the same day. On orders made after 15:00 GMT+1 on the deadline day of your region, delivery cannot be guaranteed before Dec 24th.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on several factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

Tracking Number
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option(1)). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method. See chart
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Returns
To start the process, please email our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving it. We will be happy to help you in the process.

Los pedidos que contengan algún producto de “Café Lab” o algún “Back Order”, requerirán un coste de envío extra equivalente al envío estándar de tu país.
Número de Seguimiento
Tardaremos en preparar tu pedido y facilitarte un número de seguimiento, como mucho, dos días laborables (excepto en el caso de que elijas la opción de Envío Express(1)). Una vez recibas tu número de seguimiento, deberías recibir tu pedido en el tiempo descrito en el método de envío que seleccionaste al realizarlo. See chart
Por favor, ten en cuenta que aunque te enviemos tu número de seguimiento, el estado de tu pedido no se actualizará hasta que el paquete sea escaneado por el operador logístico. En ese momento el número de seguimiento se activará y podrás seguir en todo momento su situación.
Devoluciones
Si necesitas hacer una devolución, por favor envíanos un correo a nuestro equipo de atención al cliente a través de [email protected].
