The perfect leather card holder. After many years of designing different leather cardholders, this is, without a doubt, our preferred one. Pretty slim but with enough space (up to 8 cards and bills), easy to pull out the cards, and perfect sizing to carry just what we need. It’s handcrafted with the finest vegetable-tanned leather. This cardholder will last a lifetime and will get a beautiful patina over time. The edges are also painted by hand with care to detail.
Material
We only use 100% vegetable-tanned Specialty leather. Our leather comes exclusively from sustainable processes, following a rigorous selection process and using only artisanal methods. This leather will evolve over time creating a unique patina that will give it a personal touch.

Sewn and hand-painted, we use YKK Excella zippers so you can open and close a thousand times without fear of getting stuck. A perfect leather purse for those who want a small wallet without losing usability and protection. Due to the natural tanning of the leather, this product will evolve over time, creating a beautiful patina that will make each piece unique.

Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at [email protected]. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Reparaciones
Si alguno de tus producto(s) de Café necesitase algún tipo de reparación, por favor contactanos en [email protected]. En tu correo deberás incluir tu nombre, tu número de pedido y la razón para la reparación. Finalmente, y lo más importante, necesitamos que incluyas al menos una foto del area afectada para determinar lo sucedido y su posible reparación. Una vez recibida tu petición, te contestaremos lo antes posible con la posible solución.
Reemplazos
Si alguno de tus producto(s) de Café no pudiera ser reparado, estaremos encantados de reemplazarlo por el uno igual siempre que esté en stock. Si no fuera así, ofreceríamos un vale por el valor del artículo o la devolución del importe siempre y cuando esté dentro de la vida útil del producto y se haya tratado de manera adecuada.

For you to receive your order on time before Dec 24th, make sure to place it: in Europe on Dec 21st, US & Canada on Dec 20th. World1 & World2 Dec 19th.
The Free Christmas Express Shipping orders made before 15:00 GMT +1, will be fulfilled the same day. On orders made after 15:00 GMT+1 on the deadline day of your region, delivery cannot be guaranteed before Dec 24th.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on several factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

Tracking Number
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option(1)). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method. See chart
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Returns
To start the process, please email our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving it. We will be happy to help you in the process.

We want you to be confident and comfortable with any Café Leather item, so please, make sure it fits perfectly. Just keep in mind that anything you return needs to be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its own packaging)

En cuanto a los tiempos de entrega, tenemos la suerte de contar con los mejores servidores logísticos que funcionan casi como un reloj, pero no nos es posible asegurarlos ya que depende de la eficiencia de los agentes de aduanas de su país. Los pedidos que contengan algún producto de “Café Lab” o algún “Back Order”, requerirán un coste de envío extra equivalente al envío estándar de tu país.
Número de Seguimiento
Tardaremos en preparar tu pedido y facilitarte un número de seguimiento, como mucho, dos días laborables (excepto en el caso de que elijas la opción de Envío Express(1)). Una vez recibas tu número de seguimiento, deberías recibir tu pedido en el tiempo descrito en el método de envío que seleccionaste al realizarlo. See chart
Por favor, ten en cuenta que aunque te enviemos tu número de seguimiento, el estado de tu pedido no se actualizará hasta que el paquete sea escaneado por el operador logístico. En ese momento el número de seguimiento se activará y podrás seguir en todo momento su situación.
Devoluciones
Si necesitas hacer una devolución, por favor envíanos un correo a nuestro equipo de atención al cliente a través de [email protected].
