Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at shop@cafeleathersupply.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Our “Be Authentic” washed cotton Cap is handcrafted in Spain with 100% cotton. It includes our brand’s signature touch of Premium Vegetable-Tanned leather on the back. The strap allows you to adjust the size of the cap.

Our 100% organic cotton is produced in the most sustainable way possible. We do not use irrigation, only rainwater. We do not use pesticides of any kind. Our seeds are free of genetic modification and of course, it is a 100% biodegradable product.SPECIFICATIONS
